Shipping, Warranty, and Return Store Policies
WARRANTY & RETURNS
We offer a limited 1-year manufactures' s warranty on ALL electric products unless otherwise specified. In case of repair, B & A LLC or one of our authorized repair facilities, will, upon receipt of the machine, repair the unit and return freight paid.
We will not accept any return that is not properly packed in a corrugated box!
Commercial use of items intended for home use voids the warranty.
All of our electrical products feature a one-year warranty, we encourage customers to call us directly for technical support.
There is a 10 to 20% re-stock fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse (15-day window).The fee considers machine usage, quality of shipping cartons and resale value of the product.
There are no commercial products returns allowed, all sales are Final.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE POLICY:
We offer direct consumer/end-user drop-shipping service..
Next day, 2nd day & 3rd day service are also available. Inquire for exact pricing. Due to increased shipping costs, shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii will be quoted upon receipt of order.
Please note that LTL shipments to domestic addresses, liftgate and/or inside delivery, and required appointments will increase the freight cost. Please check with us first to get a specific freight cost including these services.

Rush orders must be sent to us as early as possible in the day to be able to process the order and arrange for express delivery service

We insure all ground and LTL shipments at the actual value of the shipment.
